We are a US company, so no wiring money
overseas. We accept checks for the initial
deposit and each scheduled payment of
software progression.
Invoice Schedule:
We send invoices by e-mail on or near the
1st and 15th of each month.
Payment Schedule:
Payments should be made within three days
of receiving the invoice. We greatly
appreciate notification on the day that the
payment sent out.
Hourly Rates:
Some projects are billed by the hour. We
expect payment at the end of a billing
period rather than at the end phase of work.
That means we will bill you every two weeks
for hours worked.
